Fresh air never looked so good

This is the quintessential large palm so reminiscent of the Victorian era. It's often called the butterfly palm for its light and fluttering leaves. Originating from Madagascar, NASA rates Bamboo Palms as one of the world’s best plants for filtering and purifying the air because of its exceptionally high transpiration rate (1L every 24 hours), which makes this plant among the best for removing benzene (found in varnish) and chemicals in plastic.
