Can I return my products?
Yes - here's how it works
We have a 72 hour refund policy should a plant or pot arrive damaged. Please send a picture of the item within 72 hours of delivery to email@example.com. We can replace the item free of charge, issue a store voucher or offer a cash refund.
If you change your mind about an item and want to return or exchange it, please let us know within 72 hours of delivery. Please note: you will be responsible for paying an additional shipping fee for returns & exchanges. This will be the same as our standard shipping fee per province.
