Can I return my products?
We have a 72 hour returns policy should a plant or pot arrive damaged. Please send a picture of the item within 72 hours of delivery to email@example.com. Please note: we do not offer cash refunds. We can either replace the plant or issue a store credit voucher for the value of the plant only, not the delivery fee. You will also be responsible for the delivery fee required to return the plant from another province outside of Gauteng.
If you change your mind about an item and want to return or exchange it, please let us know within 72 hours of delivery. Please note: you will be responsible for paying an additional shipping fee for returns & exchanges. This will be the same as our standard shipping fee per province.
