We use Fastway for local orders & to main cities, and Courier Guy for all other national deliveries.

We deliver to main centres and towns only. We do not deliver to rural or outlying areas, please check with us if you are unsure.
Please note due to COVID-19 regulations, shipping times may be longer than usual.
2-3 working days. If you'd like your order to arrive before COB on Friday, please place order on Wednesday before midnight.
Rest of sunny SA:
3-4 working days. If you'd like your order to arrive the same week, you must place it before 9:00am on Wednesday, so that it can be processed and shipped off on Wednesday to arrive on Friday.
Orders for another province placed after 9:00am on Wednesday will arrive the following week. We do not ship over weekends becuase we don't want the plants to sit in a warehouse.
Please note that you are responsible for ensuring someone is at the address provided during weekdays between 8 - 5pm to receive the delivery. We cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver orders if we or our courier partners cannot get hold of you.
Please double check your address is correct and spelled correctly. We cannot be liable for parcels that are not delivered or delayed due to incorrect addresses, post codes, cell phone numbers, or failure to include the correct information. In such scenarios we reserve the right to charge a second delivery fee, or you may arrange a pickup.

Why are some items only available in Gauteng?
All our botanical accessories, plant stands and pots are available for country-wide shipping.
Our small & medium sized plants (up to grow pots of 22cm diametre) are also available for country-wide shipping.
If it says 'JHB, PTA only' in the product description then it's not eligible for country-wide shipping. It is only eligible for delivery to the areas demarcated on the map below. We reserve the right to charge extra to deliver an order if the address falls outside of the zone we service using our own drivers.
The cost to deliver a large plant to another province is rather expensive, which is why we don't offer the service. If you'd like to request a quotation to courier larger plants countrywide, please let us know on email@example.com
Can I request early delivery?
You can, but we may not have the items in stock for a same day/next day delivery. Our plants are sourced from only the best growers in the country, certified by the South African Landscapers Institute (SALI) and the South African Nurseryman’s Association (SANA). Rather than keeping a large urban inventory, we prefer to deliver your earthly goods ‘fresh’ from the farm where they’ve been lovingly and expertly cared for.
However, the likelihood is we do have it in stock. The best thing is to ask!
We’ll try to be as speedy as possible, but things like breakdowns, strikes, traffic congestion and alien invasions can affect the time of your delivery.
How are my plants delivered?
We use a combination of our own delivery team for larger items, and a courier service for smaller items, hardier plants, pots & accessories. We package everything extremely well and plants that are couriered are wrapped in tissue paper & protective, recyclable polypropylene plant sleeves. They are spritzed with water and placed among more tissue paper snug in a box. As an extra precaution we 'seat belt' our plants in with tape so they can't move around - we're proud of our innovations when it comes to safely couriering plants nationwide!
We use only the best courier companies in South Africa, and have developed a trusting relationship with them where we feel confident in the safe delivery of your parcel.
Our own drivers are also extremely kind to your plants along the way. Expect to open your front door to a healthy happy plant and a smile!
What if my goods arrive damaged?
If something is damaged en route, we'll gladly replace it pronto.
You can log your return within 72hrs of delivery. Please send a picture of the damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org. Or if you’ve changed your mind we’ll give you a cash back voucher to spend on any other product in store.
